Forgotten Your Password?

Forgot your password? No problem. There are two ways in which you can retrieve it. 

1. Send an email to support [at] casinotropez [dot] com with the “Reset password” in the subject line and your Casino Tropez username in the body.  Our customer support team will reset your password and a new one will be issued to you by email. 

2. You can also retrieve your password directly via the casino lobby by following these steps:   

1) Click the “Forgot password” link at the bottom of the casino lobby.

2) Enter your username, email address, and birth date, then click “OK”.

3) You will receive an email shortly thereafter with your new password.
