Playing French Roulette

French Roulette

Online roulette games represent some of the most world's most popular casino gambles. Among their many forms is French Roulette, a game similar to European Roulette. It operates on a single zero wheel and offers the same standard roulette bets, but with a slightly different table layout and a few unique bet names.

For example, French Roulette employs the term ‘Plein’ in lieu of Straight up and ‘Carré’ in lieu of a Corner bet. Additionally, French Roulette has the ‘La Partage’ rule. According to this rule, if a player places an even-money bet and the ball lands on zero, half the bet is returned to the player.

French Roulette's game rules, strategies, bet types, and payouts are easy to learn. The objective is to bet on the color, number, or combination of numbers on which you believe the ball will land. To play, simply place a bet, watch the wheel spin, and wait to see if your number hits. The excitement and anticipation that the spinning wheel provides is like nothing you've experienced before.

Premium French Roulette takes this experience one step further with enhanced, HD-quality images, elegant music, and an exclusive VIP feel.

Premium French Roulette vs. French Roulette

Premium French Roulette differs from French Roulette in that it is a multi-player game with a social component. Players can set up tables with friends and share tips and strategies via chat. Enhanced graphics and sound effects, along with dealers who call out the winning numbers, combine to create a gaming experience that looks and feels like you're in a live casino.

Premium French Roulette also allows players to choose a number of different betting and payout options. Whereas most online roulette games produce a loss on “outside bets” (e.g., Odd, Even, Black, Red) when the ball lands on zero, the ‘La Partage’ rule in French roulette cuts the house edge in half by taking only 50% of the original stake when this happens. Seasoned players of online roulette games recognize these undeniably attractive odds.

Premium French Roulette is played almost exactly like traditional French Roulette. It is a single zero game, which means that your odds are greatly increased, with a broad range of betting options.

Among these are:

You may also have heard of these three French roulette bets:

·Voisins de Zero– This is a bet on zero (0), as well as the nine numbers to the left and the seven numbers to the right of zero as they appear on the roulette wheel. Its payout varies according to the winning number.

·Orphans– These are bets on numbers 1, 6, 9, 14, 17, 20, 31 and 34. Numbers beside each other on the table layout share a split bet.

·Neighbors– Here, players bet on a number as it appears on the table, as well as the two numbers to the left and right of that number on the roulette wheel. Neighbor bets pay out at 6:1.

Lastly, do not forget the above-mentioned 'La Partage' rule, wherein you lose only 50% of your initial outside bets if the ball lands on zero.
After selecting your preferred bet, game flow proceeds as with all online roulette games. Spin the wheel, watch the ball, and wait for your pick to be announced.

* Fun roulette fact! Add up the numbers on the roulette wheel for a total of 666. Why? According to legend, the French brothers who invented the game centuries ago made a pact with the devil in order to create a game that would attract players. The wheel's sum pays homage to that pact.
