At a multiplayer table, other online players can be present as well, and you can play alongside them.
A private group table is where you play with your own friends, with no one else to bother you. To join a private group table, just type in its name. If that table has not yet been created, then the system will create one so that your friends can join in!

How do I change my BETS?
In games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and Baccarat, right-click with your mouse on the chips you wish to remove. In Roulette you can also click on the Clear Bet button to remove all of your bets from the table. In Slots and Video Poker, press the Cash Out button to return the coins from the machine to your balance. If other coins remain in the machine, don't worry - they will be credited to your balance when you exit from the game.
Where is the GAME HELP?

What are Comp Points and how do I get them?
Casino Tropez has a very unique reward system that lets each person with a Real Money account to automatically earn points, also known as complementary (comp) points, while playing.
No need to take out a calculator. It's simple: For every $10 wagered at Casino Tropez, you earn 1 complementary (comp) point.
You can convert these comps to REAL money and CASH out (100 comps to €1/$1). Wager more, get more Comp Points and receive a higher VIP level. A higher VIP level will reward you with higher bonuses and more generous promotions.

How do I receive the weekly loyalty bonus?
You need to fulfill certain criteria over a period of 7 days (Sunday-Saturday). For Club members, this means a deposit of at least $75, and betting at least $2,500. You will receive a $25 loyalty bonus.
Our VIP members need to deposit at least $150, and wager $4,000. They will receive anything between $50 and $200, depending on their VIP level.
Bonuses are issued each Sunday for the previous week.
What is wagering?
Wagering is, quite simply, betting money.
To wager $5 on a hand of blackjack is the same as to bet $5 on a hand of blackjack. In most of our bonuses and promotions, we use the term 'wagering'.
For example, if you received a $10 bonus, and the wagering requirement on that bonus is 'bonus times 5' (x 5) - that means you need to wager, or bet, at least $50 (5 x $10 bonus) before you can withdraw the winnings from that bonus.
What is a refund/cash-back?
A cash-back, or refund promotion is one that literally gives you back a part of your losses, over a given period of time.
For example, you may be offered a weekend refund of 20% on all games. If you then wagered $100 over the weekend, and lose all of it, you will be issued a bonus of $20 (i.e. 20% of your losses). If you only lost $50, you'd get a refund of $10.
Sometimes refund promotions are based on games - i.e. you receive the refund only on losses from particular games. Usually there is a minimum amount you need to wager in order to get the refund and sometimes you will need to make a deposit in order to qualify.
What is a Comp?
A comp is an abbreviation for our complementary points program. You earn comps simply by playing at Casino Tropez. One comp is earned for every $10 wagered (bet) at the casino.

Why is there a short wait for my withdrawal?
All withdrawal requests are subject to a withdrawal pending period which allows our audit team to make sure you've completed the wagering requirements of any bonuses received.
This period also allows you some leeway should you change your mind and decide to keep playing. Additionally, it means that you can cancel your withdrawal so that you won't need to make a new deposit and experience any processing fees.
The withdrawal pending period dramatically decreases as you become a higher VIP member.

What if my Internet goes down while I'm playing?
Casino Tropez has an integrated disconnection handling mechanism that protects you when there is a disconnection. If you get disconnected while in the middle of a game and are unable to reconnect to the Casino, don't panic -- you will simply be logged out after a certain period of inactivity.
