The main feature of Blackjack Switch is how the game begins. The dealer is dealt two cards, as usual, with one face up and the other face down. However, as the player, you are dealt two hands and your bet amount is placed on each hand. After the initial deal you can choose to ‘switch’ the top cards of the two hands to improve your chances and create better Blackjack possibilities. The potential for increasing your chances is incredible. Once you have passed the switch stage the game progresses as normal with the player deciding to stand, hit, split or double their two hands.

Other variations in Blackjack switch give you even more chances for fun and payouts. Firstly, you can place a side bet before the deal known as a ‘Super Match Bet’. This is a bet on whether two or more of the four cards dealt to the player will be the same (eg two kings) and pays out 1 to 1. Unlike traditional Blackjack, if the dealer’s face up card is an Ace or a 10 value card the dealer checks to see if they have Blackjack and, if so, immediately reveals the cards and ends the round – preventing further loss to the player. The dealer will always hit on a soft 17 (one that is made with an Ace) and if the dealer hits to 22 a push is called.
